Payment Methods Disclaimer – Renova Hospitals
At Renova Hospitals, we offer multiple payment options to ensure convenience and flexibility for our
patients. The following information outlines the available payment methods, terms, and important conditions
associated with each mode of transaction. By proceeding with any of the listed payment methods, you acknowledge
and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Traditional Payment Methods
1.1 Cash Payments
- Patients may pay their bills in cash at the hospital's billing counter.
- While cash payments are accepted, they may involve waiting in queue and longer processing
times, especially during peak hours.
- Patients are advised to collect an official receipt after making payment.
1.2 Cheque Payments
- Cheques must be crossed and made payable to “Renova Hospitals”.
- Acceptance of cheque payments is subject to management discretion and may not be available for all
services.
- Cheque clearance time may delay the discharge or service confirmation process. Renova Hospitals shall
not be liable for any delays caused by cheque dishonour or banking processes.
2. Digital Payment Methods
2.1 Credit/Debit Cards
- All major Visa, MasterCard, and Rupay cards are accepted at our POS terminals.
- Card payments may also be completed through our online billing portal, where applicable.
- Renova Hospitals is not responsible for bank-side failures or transaction errors arising due
to card issues.
2.2 Online Banking (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
- Payments can be made through online banking transfers using official bank details provided by the
hospital.
- Patients must share the transaction reference ID with the billing department for reconciliation.
- Any delay in interbank processing will not be the responsibility of Renova Hospitals.
2.3 UPI Applications
- UPI apps such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc., are accepted.
- Patients may pay using QR codes or by entering Renova’s official UPI ID.
- Ensure you complete the payment only to official UPI handles to avoid fraud. The hospital shall not be
liable for wrong transfers made to unofficial IDs.
2.4 Mobile Wallets
- Selected mobile wallets including Paytm and MobiKwik may be used at the billing counter or
online.
- Ensure sufficient balance in the wallet before initiating payment.
3. Health Insurance Billing
3.1 Cashless Hospitalization
- Renova Hospitals provides cashless treatment for patients with valid insurance coverage, subject to
approval by the concerned TPA or insurance company.
- All documentation and authorization must be submitted in a timely manner.
- The hospital is not responsible for delays or denials in approvals by insurance providers.
- Any non-payable items or partially covered charges must be paid by the patient at the time of
discharge.
3.2 Reimbursement Claims
- Patients opting for reimbursement must pay the full bill and collect all required documents including
bills, prescriptions, and discharge summaries.
- Renova Hospitals does not guarantee reimbursement from insurance providers and is not liable for any
disputes arising thereafter.
4. No Return Policy
Please note: Renova Hospitals does not offer a return or refund policy for medical services rendered,
except for eligible consultation cancellations as per our separate cancellation and refund policy.

delays, or third-party payment failures. Patients are advised to verify all transaction details
