b. Doctors may lack sensory inputs crucial for clinical diagnosis.
c. Your treating doctor must validate and implement any advice.
d. Only if a doctor determines a meaningful remote opinion is possible, will the second opinion be created.
e. If the doctor feels a meaningful opinion cannot be given, the advance payment will be refunded.

Suppression of relevant facts
